The Shepherds Hut is fantastically placed in the heart of Skipton, across from the castle and in easy walking reach of all the amenities. You could, however, be forgiven for thinking you are in your own little travelers caravan in the corner of any English field. We went on the History of London in 4 Drinks Tour and it was very good. Greta, our tour guide, was brilliant. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and great fun. We really enjoyed the history and anecdotes she told us. The gin distillery is great too.

Delicious! Really informative, tasty & enjoyable. We were lucky to have mild weather for the time of year and despite the Christmas market, Marion showed us around some really special locations where we we sampled some of the sweet, sour (dough!), savoury and spicy delights York has to offer.
