River Dee Rafting

Get set to go rafting! Today, you will be rafting down the River Dee. Forming part of the border between England and Wales, the river supports many rare plants and animals along its banks and within its waters.

Atlantic salmon is the dominant fish species and is in part the reason for the Dee being designated a European Special Area of Conservation. You’ll also find the rare freshwater pearl mussel here and, if you’re very lucky, a rare glimpse of the European otter.

What our travellers are saying...

I had the best experience! Claire Copeman was our guide and she was knowledgeable, flexible, and eager to give our group a memorable experience at the right speed (which sometimes meant building in downtime—very important on a weeklong trip). I also felt super safe with her throughout, whether we were hiking or boating or she was driving us on windy country roads in the pitch black. I'll be recommending this company to everyone who's interested

Andrea

Everything went on time and all the events were great fun and all we could have hoped for. Great people all around. I would recommend to everybody interested in an action holiday.
