Head to Anglesey for a luxury yoga and wellness retreat, and really get in touch with the landscape on beautiful coastal walks with a small group of like-minded travellers.
For anyone that feels as if they need to escape their hectic life, and experience true relaxation and reinvigoration in the great outdoors, this retreat gets you out onto hikes that aren’t on the tourist trail, getting you off the beaten path and truly immersed in the landscape, coupled with daily yoga and meditation.
Each day you will discover new areas, secluded, misty beaches, hidden coves, ancient castles or picturesque villages, on foot and breathe in the clean sea air that settles over the beautiful Isle of Anglesey.
During your downtime, there will be sessions of meditation and yoga, led by expert tutors, ensuring that by the time you leave your little haven in Wales, you’ll feel totally refreshed and recharged in mind and body , ready for the winter months ahead.
The guided hikes have been walked by locals for hundreds of years, but are still a relative mystery to tourists, so we will be striking out on quiet trails and enjoying the peace and serenity of this beautiful island.
You’ll be staying in a cosy country house surrounded by beautiful parkland, the ideal place for those who just want to unwind in a tranquil space, far from our busy daily lives.
Healthy eating is an integral part of the retreat experience and three nourishing plant based meals are provided each day, which are low in sugar and dairy free, plus herbal teas, fruit and healthy afternoon snacks. Please let us know of any intolerances when you book so that we can accommodate these.
A range of optional relaxing massages treatments are also available at the retreat using therapeutic organic oils, to help ease away any stresses and strains at an extra charge of £45 for 40 minutes.
