What you'll do

The only Old Town tour that culminates in an intimate dining experience of authentic tapas and incredible wines, in an exclusive 11th Century Historic Monument.

Your passionate local guide will pick you up from Unic Daily Goodness (Placa de Sant Jaume, 1), and take you on a journey through the treasures of Valencia’s characterful Old Town, pulling stories out of the city’s most iconic buildings and landmarks.

You’ll step back in time as you wander the picturesque, cobbled streets, exploring Roman, Moorish, Gothic and Baroque architectures whilst your guide reveals local folklore, intriguing histories and fascinating facts along the way.

Wander into the highlight of the Old Town, the hidden gem of the ‘Sistine Chapel’ of Valencia – Iglesia San Nicolas – and gaze in awe of the incredibly ornate frescoes and truly stunning interior.

The tour finishes in one of the most iconic locations in the city, at the historic Arab wall, one of the most significant sites in terms of social geography in Valencia. This is where tensions between the Christians and the Moors centered for hundreds of years, dating back to the reign of the legendary El Cid.

Here, gain exclusive access to an intimate dining venue where you will indulge in a 10-course tapas tasting menu of fresh local produce, showcasing the best of the Valencian region. The dishes will be complemented by award-winning regional wines, shining a spotlight on the very best of Valencian wineries and vineyards.

Eduardo and team

This friendly team is very focused on emotional connections, so there are three things that they focus completely on... the gastronomy of Valencia, gorgeous old venues, such as the old town - a private space within an 11th century wall, and of course the passionate people. All tour guides are from Valencia or have chosen to make it their homes - and want to give you an extraordinary time and connect with you. By providing small group tours, they give tourists what they want to see in a unique way that they would only see with locals while not being taken over with huge groups. The team truly wants you to embrace the modern new city, as well as the charm of the old.... all with the amazing flavours, of course!
