Learn to speak Spanish in Seville on this 1 week course at this excellent Spanish language school in the heart of the city; suitable for all levels, you'll be amazed how much you pick up when you learn Spanish in Seville as you can put your language into practice outside the classroom everyday.

Whatever your level; taking a Spanish course in Seville is the best way to start your learning experience. Immerse yourself in the local culture and progress rapidly practising your new found skills in your free time.

You will be taught by highly qualified native Spanish speakers who have a passion for teaching and use proven teaching techniques.

Lessons are highly interactive; you’ll be taught in Spanish and you will speak Spanish from day 1 both inside and outside of the classroom.

A Typical Day

– Classes run daily Monday through to Friday
– On Mondays, you will also have a language level test and orientation meeting at 9am and Spanish classes will start after
– You will have 4 group classes from Tuesday to Friday lasting 50 minutes each, from 9:15am to 1pm (3:30-7:15pm in high season)
– You will have a short break in the morning between lessons

What can I do in my free time?
Many people on language holidays travel solo so the language school organises a host of social and cultural activities each week to help you to get to know your fellow classmates and to integrate you into the Spanish way of life, some activities are free and others have a small charge and may include:
– Visits to other cities in Andalucia
– The opportunity to visit Portugal and Morocco
– Trips to Seville’s museums and galleries
– Walking tours of Seville
– Movie screenings of Spanish films
– You will have plenty of free time to explore the local area and practice your new found language skills or just kick back and relax on this learning holiday with a difference

Where can I stay?
You’re welcome to make your own arrangements so you can pick accommodation to suit your needs, however, optional accommodation can be booked in addition to your language course with a local host family or in the student residence. You can simply add your preferred option to your booking (for an additional charge) and more information about the two options can be found in the FAQs section at the bottom of the page.

FAQs

Who is it suitable for?

- Suitable for beginners to advanced Spanish language levels
- Minimum age 17

When can I start?

- The school is open year round with a break for Christmas
- Spanish courses start on Mondays
- If you book the optional accommodation with this course, you'll check-in on the Sunday night before the course starts

Spanish language level test

- Please arrive at the school by 9am on your first day for a short level test and orientation meeting
- This test will assess your understanding of the language and will help the course organisers to place you in the right group class for your level

Classes on these dates will not be made up. Please note some local holidays are still to be confirmed. For courses starting on a Monday, the school will open for new students for level tests and orientation with lessons starting on Tuesday. More about the optional accommodation

Host family

Choose to stay with a local family to enhance your language learning experience. Your hosts may be a couple, family or a single person. All hosts are sociable, like to meet new people and can give a warm welcome to students giving you the opportunity to practice your language skills on a daily basis. You will have your own private room and will share a bathroom. Rooms are safe, clean and are all inspected and approved by the school on a regular basis. You will be provided with breakfast each day and room prices run from Sunday (after 16:00) before your course starts to the Saturday morning (before 12:00) after your course has finished. Host family accommodation is always located within 20 minutes walking distance of the school (or 5 minutes if you want to take public transport) and you are completely free to come and go as you please. If you have any special requests such as non-smoking, no pets, allergies and so on, please note these in the special requests box during the booking process. Any dietary requests, such as vegan, gluten and lactose free will pay a supplement of €10 per week. These requests will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Student Residence

Stay in one of the school's Student Residence Halls and make the most out a multicultural and friendly atmosphere as you share the living spaces with other students from around the world. The residences have up to 15 rooms with self-catering kitchens and common areas. Located in central and historical areas of Seville, the residences are no more than a 20 minute walk from the language school (or 5 minutes if you want to take public transport). There is WiFi throughout and bed linen (but not towels) are provided. Please note there is a breakage deposit of €150 to be paid on arrival which is refundable. Prices are based on arrivals on the Sunday (after 16:00) before your course starts and end on the Saturday morning (before 12:00) after your course has finished.
