Your foodie evening will starts at 6pm at the Monument als hippies d’Eivissa.

Ibiza has a rich history with food, influenced by different cultures over thousands of years. What better way to experience this than to taste it yourself?

We have sought out the food and drinks which really connect you with Ibiza’s culture. You’ll be taken to places that only the locals know and learn the stories that the chefs and restaurant owners have told us. We use a variety of carefully-selected locations on our tours, and a typical tour could include a restaurant with Michelin-class tapas, a visit to the biggest & best jamón supplier in Ibiza, and much more. Tag along and discover the stories behind the food, the drinks, the owners and the chefs that can only be found by booking this tour.

You’ll sample delicious dishes prepared by the best chefs – such as traditional tapas, locally-sourced foods, the wonderful jamón de Iberico, sobrasada sausage & desserts from Ibiza, and a variety of drinks

I've been guiding for 12 years on Ibiza, and I know all there is to know from the beaches, to the super-secret, stunning locations islandwide. I love to share interesting stories about growing up and living on this magical island, and along the way on my walks, we love to look for plants to forage and share the medicinal properties. I was born on Ibiza and had the most amazing childhood with pool parties, beaches and a hippy school. Then, at 10, I was taken to England where I went into a ‘normal’ life with the big job, house, and everything I could have wished for. Then, I had that moment when I said ‘no more’, my wife and I gave it all up went travelling for a year, and then headed for Ibiza, and as they say the rest is history!
