Visit the spectacular summit of Montserrat in a completely unique way, as you float over the Pla del Bages and the incredible needle peaks in a hot air balloon, before visiting a monastery with a thousand years' worth of stories to tell.
We begin early in the morning, heading directly to the flying zone to take part in the inflation of the balloon, before we set off on a one hour flight that takes you up close and personal with the mountain, and gives you an incredible view of the surrounding landscape.
You’ll glide serenely over one of the most spectacular landscapes in Catalonia – the unique setting of Montserrat.
At the end of the flight, a car will be waiting to pick you up and return you to the flying zone, where your guide will be waiting for you. Before we head to the Monastery, we’ll raise a toast with a glass of Cava to celebrate your flight.
Continue your visit to the famous Benedictine Monastery, dating back nearly one thousand years, and well-known for hosting the figure of “La Moreneta”, the saint patron of Catalonia. Depending on season and timetable, you may get the opportunity to witness the choir singing of the famous “Escolania de Montserrat”.
