Your city break in Porto begins with you being picked up from the airport and transferred straight to your accommodation, where you’ll have some free time to refresh, re-energise, and get your bearings as you explore the surrounding area for yourself.
The first afternoon will then be spent with a local guide as you wander the beautiful city of Porto, discovering hidden gems and the little eateries the locals use, getting you to grips with real, authentic Porto cuisine. The next day your adventure takes you to the magical Douro Valley, where you’ll enjoy a beautiful train journey, time spent in a traditional winery and a wine tasting session that introduces you to the stunning wines the region produces.
And on your final full day in Porto you will have the day to spend at your leisure, wandering the beautiful cobbled streets and winding staircases of the city.
