This 5-night yoga and meditation holiday will take you far from your average daily duties to the coastal wonders of Portugal; return relaxed and rejuvenated, filled with energising and abundant healthy food, memories of stunning landscapes and new friendships.
This 5 night yoga and meditation retreat has been thoughtfully placed, just a 10 minute walk from the stunning coasts of near the town of Sintra, one of Portugal’s most revered national parks that boasts of medieval treasures, trails, coasts and cliffs. There is no better place to be between yoga sessions and evening meditations, to allow yourself to take these practices into your daily explorations.
Although you will be spoiled with 2 daily sessions of yoga, an evening meditation, and an abundance of tasty vegetarian food that will maximise your body’s potential, your day is organised with plenty of time to explore what your heart desires.
Regardless of what you set out to do, your wonderful yoga instructors and hosts Patricia and Zarqa will be there to point you in the direction. Much more than your average yoga holiday, this is time for yourself, with as much guidance or freedom that you need.
You do not need to worry about your meals while you’re here – and any time you want to take off to discover the area, your lunch can be made to go. The cuisine is an international blend of beloved vegetarian classics, mixed with the best regional produce the area has to offer.

This yoga retreat is perfect for solo travellers or those travelling with a partner or friend. Single rooms are available and you can also book a shared occupancy twin room.
The retreats begin on Monday at 2pm and end on Saturday at 12pm.
Please note that the Low season prices are for all dates between 1st November and 30th April excluding the week before and after Easter, and the week before and after Christmas and New Year. High season prices are for all dates between 1st May and 31st October also dates including the week before and after Easter weekend, and the week before and after Christmas and New Year.
