Marti

I was born with an i and not a y. On an island known at one time as land of Saints and Scholars.  One of 14 kids on the edge of the city of Belfast that also gave birth to the legendary HMS Titanic; the place where the iconic Delorian car was manufactured. Let me take you on an alternative walking tour of the place where I grew up, we’ll discover some more of its hidden gems and learn about its rise from humble beginnings to become an industrial giant. And as we go I'll paint a picture of its past, present and future, on a voyage of how it was and how it will be now the dust has finally settled; a place full of people just happy to be.

What our travellers are saying...

We were lucky enough to be on the first tour after lockdown. Marti is very knowledgeable and was able to tell us all about the history, art and architecture of Belfast. I was sure we could have asked him about any topic and he would have known about it. Very enjoyable afternoon.

Liz

Fun, interesting . . . loved the street art. Was a great way to learn about the city on an evening walk. Marti shared some interesting history and facts about the city.
