The team is made up of a group of local guides who have a genuine passion for food and wine. We’ve all chosen to do this as our passion rather than a job and are all involved with our tours on a freelance, part-time basis. We do it because we enjoy meeting new people and love exploring the island.

We’re strong believers that the food and culinary traditions of this island offer a window and shortcut into the culture and history of this beautiful place and a food and/or wine tour is a must on any visitors to-do list during their stay.

The team also has a brilliant friendship and hang out regularly. We make a serious effort to broaden and further our food and wine knowledge together.
