Our Host: Peter and team

The founder of these amazing Foodie tours, Peter Rasmussen, grew up in Copenhagen. He has travelled extensively around the world experiencing a colourful variety of foods and cultures. He believes that learning about food is critical to learning about culture – that through food you can appreciate the history and the way people live. Each guide is passionate about the food and history of the country they represent. The primary guide and trainer, Maria, is a native of Copenhagen, and makes sure each guide she works with has a passion for food and culture and an unrivaled knowledge of both.
