Become a wine expert, starting with a two hour tasting class followed by an afternoon wine tour to the magnificent Saint-Emilion vineyards!

Enjoy a full day discovering wine to become a Bordeaux wines and Chateaux’s expert.
You will participate to a tasting class, visit the medieval village of Saint-Emilion and discover two chateaux, one is a charming family run estate and the other a classified Growth estate.

Discover red and white wines, breaking the experts code of wine tasting through the colour, aromas, nose, taste… You will taste four wines from the four main wine regions of France, discover their diversity and the notions of terroir and appellation.

Bordeaux wines are blends made up with various types of grapes (Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot…). You will taste each grape type separately and then create a blend according to your own taste, your very own cuvée!The wines will be accompanied by with traditional French delicacies (fresh bread, cheese…)

Location

This full day experience begins at 10:00am and ends at 16:00 in the town of Bordeaux. Your day will begin with a wine tasting masterclass led by an expert, followed by a picnic lunch in Bordeaux, then you will take a guided tour of this beautiful  wine region stopping at two wine estates, enjoying wine tastings at each.
