The accommodation in this quirky house is on four floors, there is a light and airy lounge on the ground floor, with large comfortable sofas, wooden floors, an antique wood burner, and a TV with a DVD player. This is the perfect place to enjoy a cosy night in with your loved ones, after a busy day of exploring!
There is also a bathroom on the ground floor, with a bath, toilet and sink, for easy access to hot showers after a dip in the sea!
On the first floor, you will find the newly renovated kitchen, fully equipped with quality oven and hob, microwave, Smeg fridge, freezer, Belfast sink and all the utensils you could need, this leads into the large dining room, with with impressive oak floors, an Aga and beautiful mullioned bay windows overlooking the sea.
On the second floor, you will find 3 of the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a bay window looking out to sea and a gorgeous double bed. The second one, accessed from the landing, has a single bed and leads into the third, bunk-bed room for two, with plenty of storage. The third one is especially lovely, with its own balcony!
On the third floor, you will find the last 2 bedrooms. Both of them are perfect for 2 people to stay in, with one of them having beautiful sea view windows, providing a serene, light and the sound of the sea, and the second bathroom with bath and shower over.
You also have a gorgeous ground floor patio outside, with sea views, the perfect place for your early morning cuppa, or to enjoy a sundowner after a day on the beach, catching the last rays of the day.
The house is in the perfect location and is a unique and beautifully renovated base, if you can tear yourselves away there is so much to see and do in the surrounding area; fishing trips, sailing and paddle boarding, the large sandy beach is ideal for swimming and the pebble beaches for fossil hunting!
There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops in town that are open all year round, a golf course, tennis court and lots of great walks.
