Canoe Ride
We will pick you up in the morning from your hotel and take you to La Boquilla. Not many people have the opportunity to canoe through a forest of thick mangroves in an exotic country. These aquatic plants form natural tunnels visitors will be able to glide under in a canoe. Enjoy watching small crabs scurry up the branches and learn about La Boquilla’sunique ecosystem. Lunch with Locals
Even if you didn’t get a lot of catches, the local fisherman will help you out and make sure you don’t go hungry. A personfrom the community will cook the fresh fish and crabs and make a traditional dish famous on Colombia’s Caribbeancoast. The dish will consist of coconut rice, fish, salad and fried plantains. While the food is cooking, you will get the chance to learn more about the locals and their interesting culture. Around 1:30 pm, we will drop you off at your hotel.
