Rabbits View is a luxurious Hobbit House nestled on the hillside in the heart of Mid Wales, a short distance away from the beautiful Elan Valley.

Experience this one-of-a-kind Hobbit House, a haven that accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, two boasting king size beds and one featuring a bunk bed. The master bedroom not only cradles you in a luxuriously comfortable bed, but also offers a unique free-standing bath overlooking the gentle undulations of Mid Wales. Whilst, the second king bedroom treats you to French doors that open onto the paved outside area.

Unwind in the open-plan living space, relax on the distinctive emerald green sofa and enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen complete with an oven, hob, fridge with ice compartment, and microwave. Whether you’re cooking up a storm or enjoying takeout, the dining table accommodates 6, surrounded by exquisitely comfortable chairs making for a perfect family dining experience.

The bathroom is a blend of elegance and convenience, featuring a freestanding sink basin with an illuminated mirror, a spacious shower, and a toilet.

Yet, the magic continues outside. Rabbits View boasts its own private hot tub on the paved terrace, inviting you to unwind amidst bubbling warmth while soaking in the captivating valley view. Can I bring my dog to the retreat?

Unfortunately, the Rabbits View Retreat is not pet friendly. But we have lots of other unique accommodations you can choose from if you want to bring your furry friends!

What are the check in/out times?

Check in is at 4pm and check out is 10am. You are able to request a later check out but this will incur a charge of £25 an hour.
