The Teal House is perfect for large groups, located in the historic centre of the Lyme Regis with easy access to the beach and shops, only 3 minutes away! With breathtaking views across the landscape, this is the perfect getaway to the seaside. It is even pet friendly and is a great unusual place to stay in the south of England.

On the ground floor there is a lovely sitting room and dining room, both with characterful exposed stone walls and fire place,  and a well equipped kitchen. The sitting room has a TV with a DVD player, sofas, and an electric wood burner, making for the perfect cosy evening at home!

The separate dining room is perfect for 8 people to sit and enjoy a leisurely meal and French doors open out to a passageway with steps up to the large garden at the back of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and a washing machine.

On the first floor, there is the large master bedroom with a beautiful king sized bed and a sink, and the second bedroom with bunk beds. Theres a lovely bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and sink on this floor.

On the second floor, you will find the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed with its own sink, which is full of character, exposed stone walls and a fireplace. The second one has two single beds and in between the two bedrooms there is a well appointed shower room with  sink and toilet.

All the bedrooms are bright an airy with quality furnishings and decoration.

Outside there is a large garden, mostly laid to lawn, and a patio with seating. A lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee whilst admiring glimpses of the ocean, or for a sundowner after a day on the beach.
