Stay in this beautiful cottage in the English countryside. With acres of land to explore, woodlands, lakes and gorgeous views overlooking the valley.

The Courtyard Cottage is nestled on a gorgeous farm in the Somerset Countryside with 60 acres of land. The perfect place to get away from the buzz of the city and explore the British outdoors, or enjoy a quiet weekend away with your loved ones. Sleeping up to 4 people, with scenic walks and beautiful views, this is the unique accommodation for you!

The cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, it is set on 2 floors with plenty of storage and has more than enough space for the whole family. It’s spacious, light and airy with views looking over the valley.

On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen with a cooker, fridge and microwave. There is also a dining area seating up to 6, making for amazing meals together. For rainy days and cosy nights in enjoy the electric log burner and smart TV in the large sitting area. 

The first bedroom is downstairs with plenty of space and can be made with a super king bed or 2 single beds. With an ensuite bathroom this gorgeous room has everything you could possibly need! 

Upstairs there is the second beautiful bedroom, which can also be made up with a super king bed or 2 single beds. It has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath to relax in. 

There is a utility area with a washer and dryer handy for dealing with muddy clothes after long countryside walks. Radiators and underfloor heating ensure the cottage is a cosy retreat year round, wonderful for long weekend or mid week breaks with your loved ones.

Location

You will be staying at Upper Vobster Farm, a beautiful farm with 60 acres of land in the Somerset countryside. With amazing views and a stunning landscape, one could never get bored of exploring the area.

There are several properties on the farm, ideal for a larger group of families or friends.

They are Rosemary Cottage, Lavender Cottage, The Dairy, Valley View, St Edmunds Court, The Dovecote.

Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 10:30am

Can we check out later than 10.30am?

Yes, a later check out can be arranged with your host if needed. An additional cost may be incurred.

How long can we stay for?

There is no set limit on length of stay! However, the minimum stay is 3 nights.

Are there amenities within walking distance?

Yes, the local pub just an easy few mins walk down the valley (10minutes), also the Talbot in Mells is only a 5 mins drive. Sainsbury's, Aldi and Asda are all located around about 15mins away by car.

Is this a dog friendly property?

Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed.
